Astura advised the Vista Group in the acquisition of Société Générale's subsidiaries in Burkina Faso and Mozambique

Société Générale’s announces in early december, the sale of its controlling interests in its subsidiaries in Burkina Faso and Mozambique to the Vista Bank Group.

Astura acted as Vista Group’s counsel in M&A , and IP/IT (Matthieu Mélin, Noémie Boudaud) in collaboration with the Deloitte teams (Brice Chasles, Jean Bernardini, Aristide Ouattara, Malik Feddi, Aroua Ourak, and Ramzi Khemakhem).
