Astura Vista Group in the acquisition of Societe Generale'subsidiaries in Burkina Faso and Mozambique

Société Générale announced in early December the sale of its majority stakes in its subsidiaries in Burkina Faso and Mozambique to the Vista Bank group.

Astura provided M&A and IP/IT advice to the Vista group in collaboration with Deloitte teams.

Société Générale was advised by Gide Loyrette Nouel and Lazard.
