Astura advised TPP Development, founder and managing partner of the HISI group, in a LBO transaction including Capitem Partenaires and BPI France

Astura assisted TPP Development, which is the founder and managing partner of the HISI group (a group specialized in data hosting via cloud infrastructures) in the reorganization of the HISI group’s share capital.

This reorganization enabled, among others, the entry of two new minority shareholders, the regional fund of entrepreneurs Capitem Partenaires and the institutional investor Bpifrance, and the exit of two investors.

The transaction aims at supporting the continuous growth and development of the HISI group.
