Astura strengthens its litigation practice with the arrival of Louis-Marie Morin as Partner

Astura continues to expand with the addition of a new partner, Louis-Marie Morin, who will lead the firm's litigation department.

With this appointment, Astura reinforces its service offering and confirms its ambition to support clients across the full spectrum of their needs — from M&A transactions and IT/Data projects to the management of their disputes.

Louis-Marie Morin practises primarily in commercial litigation (breach of contract, termination of established business relationships, IT-related disputes) and corporate litigation (shareholder disputes, governance issues, post-transaction disputes). He handles matters with an international dimension across a wide range of industries, from technology to banking and finance, as well as energy, logistics and pharmaceuticals.

He also has strong expertise in commercial arbitration, including at the enforcement stage and in challenges to arbitral awards before national courts.

Louis-Marie Morin works closely with Astura's M&A-Private Equity and IT/Data teams — reflecting a commitment to building bridges across the firm's various areas of expertise that has been central to Astura's vision since its founding in 2012.

"We know Louis-Marie well, and we recognise in him Astura's DNA: an Anglo-Saxon culture, international standards, and an ability to handle the most complex situations with rigour, composure and precision. The synergies with our teams — both in M&A-Private Equity and in IT/Data — are clear. We are delighted to continue growing the firm alongside him."
